What the job involves

The Senior GTM Enablement Manager is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on boosting sales productivity and scaling GTM operations through data and process excellence
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you'll turn insights from our sales tech stack into action—streamlining onboarding, refining the customer journey, and optimizing enablement for our Sales and Customer Success teams
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Marketing, Research) to align content with go-to-market strategy
Own monthly Product Launch meeting and coordinate preparation of deck and meeting agenda with Product leaders
Create and manage a sales training bootcamp program (sales 101/sales fundamental skills)
Develop and administer Sales certification programs (product, skill, knowledge) for all key products and solutions
Conduct needs analyses, interviews Subject Matter Experts, and gathers content for enablement materials
Create needed materials, including exercises and activities, using Microsoft Word and Power Point and training technology platforms including Mindtickle
Partner with Sales leaders to identify performance gaps and recommend learning solutions
Responsible for developing and maintaining productivity dashboards to measure enablement and curriculum design effectiveness
Responsible for leading the planning and execution of the yearly Sales Kickoff Event (February)
