• Rightway is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our newly formed PBM product engineering team
• This cross-functional team is responsible for delivering mobile, web, and platform features that support our member pharmacy experience
• As the team’s leader, you’ll guide execution, support individual growth, and shape the team’s culture as we scale
• Lead and grow a team of full stack engineers working across web, mobile, and backend systems
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver on team goals
• Drive team execution, ensuring we deliver high-quality software that meets business and user needs
