What the job involves
- We are seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead the establishment and growth of our new entity in the UK. This role will be responsible for building Dandy UK from the ground up!
- The GM will deliver localized market analysis, set up our operations in the UK, and develop the business strategy to ensure successful market entry and sustainable growth
- Build and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for Dandy UK
- Develop and maintain initial customer base
- Develop and manage the UK business plan, including budget, revenue targets, and operational KPIs
- Create and implement localized marketing and sales strategies
- Report on market performance and opportunities to global leadership
- Establish key business relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders in the the UK market
- Represent the company to UK government officials, industry associations, and business networks
- Ensure compliance with all UK federal and provincial regulations - in partnership with Legal
- Ad hoc responsibilities as needed to stand up Dandy UK
