  • A minimum of one to two years experience at assistant level vital

What the job involves

  • We are looking for a creative, talented and passionate Communications Assistant (Global) to work across all areas of global PR, focusing on driving the brand and product strategy for engaging consumer media and influencers
  • You will be reporting to the Head of Brand Publicity
  • Build relationships with & support local Communications teams on their campaign execution
  • Owning relationship with NPD and product team
  • Sample management for Global Communications function
  • Maintain & managing stock levels to ensure there is a fully stocked sample cupboard at all times with all products including leading on NPD management and forecasting
  • Updating wider PR team on product availablility and allocation
  • Assist to build Global Artist kits for Communications activity
  • Managing gifting for Communications team
  • Overseeing courier bookings and logistics for Communications team
  • Management of Communications storage unit and inventory
  • Ensuring the Communications area is presentable at all times and that the sample cupboard is tidy and easy to navigate
  • Reading media channels daily, and following influencer social channels obsessively, and sharing anything of interest
  • Magazine subscription management
  • Assisting the team with finance
  • Proactively update team with meeting notes & actions
  • Flagging issues in a timely manner with a proactive solution
  • Project Management. Thinking ahead on projects – mapping out action plan and deadlines
  • Ensuring deadlines are met, response time smooth and personal time management
  • Immersing in the wider business strategy and ensuring it runs through day to day working
  • Support with the collation of reports for department to be share with the wider business
  • Assist with keeping the wider business up to date with Communications results
  • Collate relevant trends and competitor activity to circulate to the business
  • Tracking brand and product awards
  • Taking insights from all departments and reporting back to Global PR & Advocacy team
  • Keep all trackers up to date with all costs
  • Process all POs in a timely manner and ensure picking up any errors
  • Streamlining costs to be as efficient as possible
