Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of the Bitcoin and Ethereum communities and already be very active on Crypto Twitter, Discord and in Telegram groups
- We are looking for people with infectious enthusiasm that can help recruit an army of BOB advocates
What the job involves
- BOB is looking for community evangelists to help bring the vibes and share the good word of BOB far and wide
- As the BOB ecosystem continues to grow at pace, we want to ensure we look after the community and make it a fun and positive place to be
- We have the management side of social and community covered, but would like to find 1 or 2 degen crypto twitter addicts that can help us to relentlessly educate the wider BTC and ETH ecosystems about BOB, the BOB Hybrid L2 model, BOB Stake and the BTC DeFi opportunity in general
- The objective is to create a more active and social BOB community, with more people creating more content to reach and educate more people about BOB
- Responsibilities will include engaging with a wide variety of complementary communities to educate on the BOB opportunity, creating BOB memes, joining X Spaces to talk about BOB, community growth hacking, and generally recruiting other similarly minded people
- The job is to bring the VIBES
Our take
BOB - or Build On Bitcoin - is a tool for DeFi and innovation across a number of Bitcoin experimentations and uses. Using a Layer-2 tool that builds upon Bitcoin and Ethereum ecosystems, it merges security and liquidity and aims to pave the way for further innovation within the cryptocurrency market.
Regardless of Bitcoin’s volatility, BOB’s use as a tool within the system means that it has plenty of uses regardless of value. Its functions include developer resources and smart contracts.
With $1.2 million raised in seed funding, BOB plans to broaden its Layer-2's presence within the crypto ecosystem, driving further adoption and innovation.
