Role
Who you are
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or working closely with technical teams (data project experience required)
- Technical curiosity with the ability to understand implemented solutions, test independently, and investigate technical issues
- Excellent autonomy, communication, rigor, proactivity, and strong stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding and application of Agile practices (Scrum), Jira, and office productivity tools such as Microsoft office and Power BI
- Full professional proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of architecture principles and authentication systems is a strong advantage
What the job involves
- Joining Witco means becoming part of a leading European WorkTech company, specialized in workspace management and employee experience. As a Platforms & Data Product Owner, you will play a central role in strengthening Witco's technology foundation and data capabilities to drive customer satisfaction and business acceleration
- Reporting directly to the VP Product, you will be responsible for the definition and delivery of three key value propositions:
- Transversal technological services within the Witco application (authentication, navigation, etc.)
- Operational maintenance of an integrated solution
- Maximization of Witco’s data potential to fuel strategic ambitions
- You will coordinate daily with Developers, Data Engineers, Analysts, and other teams across the company
- Define and maintain the product roadmap for transversal technical services, integrated solutions, and data, ensuring maximum client value
- Gather, consolidate, and prioritize problems and needs from stakeholders; write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead a team of 4 developers in Agile methodology and animate coordination with Data Engineers and Analysts
- Ensure project planning, communicate risks and impacts, manage backlog prioritization, and guarantee delivery timelines
- Support and continuously improve transversal services (authentication, navigation, etc.), monitor operational performance of integrated solutions
- Foster the adoption and exploitation of data across teams, developing relevant dashboards and promoting a data-driven culture
Our take
For many commercial property owners, managing building services can be costly and labour-intensive. Witco, formerly MonBuilding, solves this problem by providing building managers and owners with an all-in-one management app.
With Witco, building managers have access to a range of services, including meeting room reservations, identity verification and parking management. More recently, the app has been adapted to help facilitate the return of workers to offices. Despite some competition in the proptech market, such as fellow French company Matera, Witco has managed to differentiate itself by focusing on the commercial property space.
Having successfully launched in the UK, the company recently acquired SharingCloud, a move that will propel its customer base even further. With this success under its belt, the company is surely set for an even brighter future.
