What the job involves

Reporting to Head of Operations, you will be the second hire within the operations team, taking responsibility for key tasks across fulfilment and customer experience. Key tasks include:
Oversee the entire order fulfilment process, including receiving and processing orders, inventory management, and shipping and delivery
Enhance customer relationships through swift and professional responses to customer inquiries and complaints
Create educational content for our learning hub and chatbot to support new feature releases
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
Quality Assurance for new products and new releases to minimise in-app bugs
Report on customer feedback analysing key trends and suggesting areas and methods for improvement
Cross functional collaboration with the marketing and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Evaluate seller designs to ensure they are compliant with our community guidelines
