Who you are
- We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Product Designer to help take our app experience to the next level
- We're seeking a commercially-minded, ambitious and highly organised Partnership Manager to source and develop new partnership opportunities and build out our Approved Dealership scheme
- Smart and ideally from a management consulting background
- Eagerness to get ‘stuck in’, collaborate with different teams and work across a wide range of different areas
- Strong sense of ownership and desire to ‘get sh*t done’

What the job involves
- This is more than just a design role – it’s your chance to help shape the future of car finance, crafting beautiful, intuitive products that customers love and can't wait to tell their friends about!
- Design and execute a strategy to engage dealerships in an ‘Approved Dealership’ scheme, which positions Carmoola as a central part of the car buying ecosystem
- Develop a clear and compelling B2B proposition, along with supporting marketing collateral to proactively form new strategic relationships with car dealers
- Identify opportunities to drive additional volume through existing partnerships, collaborating with the broader Marketing team to bring these to reality
- Source and deliver on new partnership opportunities to open up additional acquisition channels
- Support with the implementation of a highly automated strategy to acquire customers through Publishers and/or Affiliates
- Ad hoc analysis and problem solving to support existing and prospective partnerships
- Account management support for our existing partnerships across price comparison websites and brokers

The current car buying experience lacks clarity around pricing and cost, meaning that buyers are often unable to make informed decisions regarding financing until very late into the process. Carmoola offers a solution to this by providing speedy financing options at the start of the buying process, placing control back into customers' hands.
The company is able to offer this radically different strategy through new, innovative ways of approaching risk assessments that are geared towards transparency. Further, while other digital lenders and brokers require some phone calls and paperwork, Carmoola differentiates itself by operating entirely online for a more streamlined customer experience.
Funding has allowed the company to scale rapidly, and future plans include a continuation of this growth through new hires and development invested into its platform.
