Who you are

You have at least five years experience in a senior SaaS sales leadership role, with a strong track record of success in driving sales growth and scaling teams internationally.
You have exceptional communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of sales processes and tools
You can define and execute strategic sales plans, identifying and unlocking growth opportunities across multiple markets. You approach challenges with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
You excel at building and nurturing relationships, whether with your team, customers, or strategic partners. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at fostering trust and loyalty
You’re an inspiring and effective leader with experience managing and mentoring teams. You know how to cultivate talent, motivate others to perform at their best, and foster a culture of success

What the job involves

Define and execute a clear, scalable international sales strategy to drive growth in the UK, US, and beyond
Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing UK and international sales team, fostering a culture of success, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Drive Breww’s expansion into new markets, developing localised strategies to build brand awareness and customer engagement
Identify and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance Breww’s visibility and expand our reach globally
Implement and refine best-in-class sales processes, tools, and systems to maximise efficiency and effectiveness across the team
Mentor and coach the existing sales team, providing guidance to improve performance and achieve individual and team targets
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
Set and monitor KPIs, reporting on sales performance and identifying areas for growth and improvement
