Who you are
- We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Enterprise Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic, high-performance sales team
- The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for building strategic partnerships

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive with a proven track record
- BA/BSc in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to track and analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools
- Superb analytical and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently
- Experience engaging with customers (a plus!)
What the job involves
- In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing key accounts, prospecting new business opportunities, and building long-lasting relationships with clients
- As a key contributor to our growth, you'll help us exceed sales targets and support Gesture in revolutionizing the e-commerce and marketing/advertising industry
- You’ll own the full sales cycle—from identifying potential clients to closing deals—ensuring that each customer receives exceptional value and service
- Pitch and close new business while expanding existing client relationships
- This in-office position, based in Denver, CO, offers the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact the company’s success
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall success
- Manage and grow assigned accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention
- Bring in prospective customers and generate new business opportunities
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service
- Stay updated on product/service offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients
- Schedule meetings with clients and address customer inquiries promptly
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance sales processes and improve performance
