Senior Information Security Analyst, Kalderos

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
• 5+ years in information security or consulting
• Expertise in incident investigation, vulnerability management, and security monitoring
• Knowledge of SIEM, IDS/IPS, threat intelligence, and SOAR
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and security/privacy compliance
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional skills
• A desire to grow and evolve your skills in a fast-paced startup environment

Desirable

• We're looking for a Sr. Information Security Analyst to protect Kalderos from cyber threats, contribute to incident response, and ensure security/privacy compliance (SOC 1 & 2, HIPAA, etc.). You'll work cross-functionally, lead vulnerability management, and enhance security monitoring, growing your expertise as Kalderos scales
• Develop and implement security operations processes and incident response plans
• Lead vulnerability management and remediation efforts
• Drive security program and technology improvements through threat analysis
• Support security and privacy compliance (SOC 1 & 2, HIPAA, HITRUST, CCPA, etc.)
• Work cross-functionally to implement security solutions
• Support audit processes and provide security awareness
• Define security system requirements and support IT audits
