Our take
Frive, formerly Lions Prep is a meal plan service delivering high quality, healthy food to consumers - making it easier for people to track what they eat and save time in the kitchen.
The company, that now boasts being the UK's highest rated meal delivery service, began its journey in 2016 with its first customers being the founder's friends and family. Besides the quality of its ingredients, the value of Frive is in its accessibility, with meals costing as little as £4 per plate.
Having grown mainly through word of mouth, it will be interesting to watch how Frive develops its marketing and how fast it pursues growth. With the popularity of meal kits ever on the rise, the market for Frive's service is only set to expand - boding very well for its future.
