Role
Who you are
- B2B Sales Experience: 5+ years in closing new B2B business in tech, fintech, or finance sales
- Enterprise Sales Experience: 3+ years in closing new enterprise business, with a proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures
- Quota Achievement: Consistent track record of exceeding assigned quotas, ideally with six-figure deal sizes
- Pipeline Creation & Management: Demonstrated success in prospecting and building a robust pipeline
- SaaS, FinTech, or Technology Sales Background: Proven experience selling in SaaS, FinTech, or tech industries
- Consultative Sales Approach: Experience with multi-stakeholder, consultative sales engagements at the enterprise level
- Data-Driven: Ability to leverage data to drive decisions and manage sales activities effectively
- High Ownership & Accountability: Strong sense of ownership for achieving and exceeding goals
Desirable
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in logistics or supply chain industries
- Factoring Experience: Understanding of factoring and financial services
What the job involves
- Own Enterprise Quota: Take responsibility for an individual quota with a focus on large enterprise clients
- Pipeline Development: Drive pipeline creation through strategic prospecting, leveraging multiple channels and building relationships with key stakeholders
- Complex Deal Management: Manage the entire sales cycle for high-value, complex opportunities—from initial engagement through to closing
- Account Growth: Develop and execute growth strategies for enterprise clients, ensuring long-term value and upsell opportunities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer experiences
- Professional Development: Continuously improve skills through training, coaching, and self-directed learning

Cash flow problems plague the trucking industry. It's a complicated issue but it would not be unreasonable to attribute a large portion of the blame to the analogue, paper-based systems involved in the industry currently patched over with a high-fee ‘factoring’ service in desperate need of modernisation.
That's where Denim (formerly known as Axle) comes in. Denim's proprietary software-based service provides freight brokers and forwarders with affordable working capital and back-office automation, as well as giving them its own “QuickPay” service to offer to its trucking company vendors.
Denim is focused on executing its growth plan. That means expanding operations, developing new services and strengthening the company’s payment and financing platform.
The 2022 rebrand to 'Denim' represents its goal to build a stronger supply chain, through reliable, flexible and easy-to-use tools. Having raised a substantial amount in funding, the company is well positioned to solidify its position as a leading payments ecosystem for the freight industry.
