Operations Associate, Findigs

• This role balances tactical execution with strategic thinking—leveraging data, processes, and tools to ensure our operations run efficiently and scale effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a quantitative field like economics, statistics, or mathematics
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, management consulting, or a related field
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to implement process improvements
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google sheet experience
• Experience with analytics or project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, Monday, Notion, ect

• We’re seeking a dynamic Operations Associate with 1-2 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, tech-enablement & startup operations, and/or finance and data analytics. to join our team
• Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Operations, you’ll collaborate closely with the BizOps team to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our product operations teams
• As a member of the broader Finance and Business Operations Team, you’ll also play a key supporting role in Findigs’ financial operations and strategy, from structuring customer invoicing processes to modeling financial implications of various operational initiatives
• You’ll be instrumental in helping us meet our ambitious goals while contributing to Findigs’ mission of transforming the rental industry

• Collaborate with the BizOps team to manage day-to-day operations across multiple product operations teams
• Ensure processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with company objectives
• Identify, recommend, and implement tools and technologies to optimize workflows and enhance team performance
• Maintain the operating forecast and report to the organization about hiring needs; Support hiring, onboarding, and staffing for offshore teams
• Collaborate with Product leadership and the Executive team on how to improve product operations
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture focused on excellence and accountability
• Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
• Provide actionable insights to drive strategic discussions and inform decision-making
• Deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders
