• 3-5 years in a B2B marketing role (tech, fintech, or SaaS preferred)
• Genuinely excited about AI: You've already been experimenting with tools to work smarter
• Strong digital marketing fundamentals: Paid ads, SEO basics, email marketing, and analytics
• A creative instinct paired with analytical rigour: You can write a headline and read a dashboard
• Excellent written English and a natural communicator
• Comfortable working autonomously and juggling multiple projects

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, paid, social, and web, end to end
• Support field marketing activities: events, webinars, roundtables, and industry sponsorships
• Use AI tools (think: Claude, Gamma, Semrush, Jasper and whatever's emerging) to accelerate content creation, campaign ideation, and reporting
• Work with our CRM and marketing automation stack to build nurture journeys and track performance
• Create compelling assets - landing pages, social copy, email sequences, ad creatives - with an eye for both writing and design
• Bring fresh ideas on how we reach our audience: don't be afraid to suggest the unconventional
• Track metrics that matter and turn data into insights the team can act on
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and senior marketing to align on pipeline goals
