Who you are
- 2–3+ years in creative strategy, paid social or performance marketing (agency experience ideal)
- A track record of producing high-performing Meta/TikTok creative
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret creative performance data

What the job involves

- Responsibility: Execute data-backed creative strategies that improve paid social performance
- Reports to: Senior Creative Strategist
- This isn't another creative role. This is your chance to architect the creative strategy function that will set the industry standard for performance-driven DTC growth
- We're seeking an exceptional creative strategist who doesn't just understand what drives conversion, but who can systematically engineer scalable creative frameworks that deliver consistent, measurable impact across million-pound media investments

- As a Creative Strategist, you will contribute to developing and executing creative strategies that support client growth. You will play a key role in shaping high-performing concepts and ensuring creative decisions are informed by data and platform best practices
- Develop and execute performance-driven creative strategies across Meta and TikTok, aligned to client goals and platform best practices
- Analyse creative performance data and turn it into clear insights, testing plans, and next steps that guide continuous improvement
- Concept, script, and brief a wide range of assets, including UGC, high-production content, design, and motion
- Understand what makes creative convert, including hooks, messaging, structure, and pacing, and refine concepts through iterative testing
- Build and deliver detailed and actionable creative briefs for UGC creators, editors, and designers
- Collaborate closely with account managers to ensure all creative work is on-brand, aligned with strategy, and performance-led
- Present creative thinking, insights, and recommendations to clients with growing confidence and clarity
- Stay on top of platform trends, consumer behaviour, competitor shifts, and emerging formats to fuel concept development
- Manage multiple client projects with organisation, speed, and attention to detail, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
- Contribute to improving internal creative processes by sharing learnings, identifying performance patterns, and suggesting optimisations
- Maintain proactive, transparent communication with clients by surfacing insights early, flagging risks before they escalate, and consistently guiding them on priorities and expectations
- Demonstrated experience leading editors and designers by providing clear direction, structured feedback, and performance context to ensure all creative output aligns with strategy and quality standards

- You confidently own creative strategy across several accounts
- Your concepts start producing measurable improvements in performance
- Clients trust your direction and media teams rely on your insights
