Who you are
- We're looking for someone with strong technical depth — someone who understands how marketing automation platforms work under the hood and can architect solutions, not just execute campaigns
- 4+ years of Marketing Operations experience in B2B SaaS
- Deep hands-on expertise in HubSpot (required)
- Ability to leverage SQL and python to build advanced dashboards and models
- Experience designing workflows, scoring models, and lifecycle frameworks
- Strong understanding of attribution modeling and funnel analytics
- Experience managing integrations (APIs, middleware tools, data sync)
- Comfort working with data models and CRM architecture
- High attention to detail and operational rigor
- Ability to translate business needs into structured technical solutions
What the job involves
- We're hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to own and scale the systems, data, and automation that power our marketing engine here at Iru
- This role reports to the Head of GTM Operations and sits at the intersection of Marketing and GTM Operations
- You will be responsible for ensuring that marketing infrastructure is technically sound, scalable, and tightly integrated into our broader GTM systems
- Own and optimize HubSpot marketing automation, workflows, scoring, and lifecycle management
- Design and maintain lead routing, attribution models, and campaign tracking infrastructure
- Build and manage integrations between HubSpot and other GTM systems
- Partner with Marketing leadership to operationalize campaign strategy and ensure clean execution
- Ensure accurate MQL definitions, lifecycle stage progression, and lead handoffs to SDRs
- Maintain data hygiene standards and proactively improve database quality
- Develop and maintain dashboards for pipeline attribution, campaign performance, and funnel conversion
- Identify system gaps and implement scalable solutions
- Support experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, segmentation, performance tracking)
- Collaborate with GTM Ops and GTM Engineering to ensure cross-functional data consistency

This can be a laborious and repetitive task, so management software exists to automate these processes. However, existing solutions are generally aimed towards IT departments running on Windows.
Iru, formerly Kandji, provides a mobile device management platform that facilitates the remote maintenance of Apple-based IT stacks. Users can manage IT devices, applications, networking and compliance within a zero-touch automation system. The need for this service in companies using Apple hardware is clear: it has been adopted by major enterprises such as Belkin, Crunchbase and Notion.
As the Apple device management market is also expanding at speed, Iru is well poised to continue its run of success. It has raised significant funding across several rounds, the latest of which came in 2024 and helped it launch its new AI-powered unified IT and security platform. This new product signifies a new approach to IT and security management and exemplifies Iru's ability to continuously innovate its market.
