Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in a similar analytics or business intelligence, business analyst or data science role
- A passion for clean, efficient and meaningful SQL queries
- Previous experience using modern BI tools (we use Looker + LookML)
- Preferably some experience working with Python in an analytics context
- Deeply outcome-focussed and analytical mind and great attention to detail
- A high-energy and bold communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams from different functions

- In your day-to-day you will come up with innovative solutions to business problems and identify new (product) opportunities using data
- You will define meaningful KPIs and metrics and capture them in data models and reports
- Being embedded in the Customer Experience Squad, you will work closely with your team mates across Tech, Product and UX to deliver product insights and advance the product strategy
- You will also collaborate with our Commercial team to define and report on suitable performance metrics across delivery performance, customer satisfaction and more
- Develop meaningful performance metrics and dive deeper into the data to push these into the right direction
- Create powerful data products, dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights to your team mates
- Collaborate with business users, excite them with your solutions and advance data adoption in the organisation
- Collaborate with fellow Data team members to grow and improve the analytics platform through clean code, helpful tooling, best practices and standards for analytics at scale

Our take
Parcel delivery currently relies on fossil-fuel powered vans for the most part — and they pollute the air we breathe, emit large amounts of CO₂ and congest our cities. At the same time, customer service is notoriously poor, unethical business practices are rampant, and the technology is outdated. HIVED offers an alternative: 100% electric delivery, cutting emissions by up to 76%.
The company's technology is so efficient, it can match – or sometimes even be cheaper – than the current high-emission carriers. HIVED has fundamentally set itself apart from larger competitors by cutting their emissions by 76%, which will be a significant advantage as the UK is witnessing a green economic boom in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
The industry's expansion grew to $141.05 bn globally in 2025, which will undoubtedly be underpinned by a push towards sustainability. HIVED is well-positioned to capitalise on this, particularly if it can maintain its current high standards off the back of its impressive 2025 Series B investment round.
