- Experience. You have 10+ years of Product Management experience shipping high quality, delightful consumer apps across multiple platforms, especially pushing the envelope of Social products

What the job involves
- As the Product leader for Communication, you'll define the future of Communication in 3D spaces, in environments that help people connect and co-experience together, not just passively interact
- In this role you will be responsible for all mediums of communication like text, voice, avatar communication, and co-experiencing across the Roblox Platform
- The role reports to the Sr. Director of Product, Social and is based in San Mateo, CA
- Define multi year vision & strategy for Communication products - all mediums, expressions as well scalability
- Drive the exploration, invention, research, and development of how users will express themselves in the metaverse
- Define and optimize safety standards of communication products
- Develop a well-rounded platform to support multiple communication and community use cases
- Lead a cross organizational team to execute
- Work with groups and leaders across Roblox to ensure delightful Communication products across all Roblox surfaces - phones, tablets, desktop, consoles and VR
- Define and unlock new use cases for all ages that haven't even been discovered yet

In addition to standard games, the platform offers virtual worlds and other experiences to explore and interact with. The experiences on the platform are made by Roblox's over three million creators, and are available on a range of devices from PC to Xbox to Oculus, and more. The company has grown at an impressive rate, and has been keen to adopt new developments in the tech world, for example with its real-time AI translation for players to interact outside their native tongue.
