Who you are
- The ideal candidate is a customer-focused leader who has had success leading and collaborating with others, as well as executing as an individual contributor
- You have demonstrated success solving complex problems, leveraged tools to optimize workflows, operated in highly organized fashion, been an excellent empathetic communicator, and presented excellent follow through
- 4+ years of experience in a Client Success or Ad Operations role where you were directly responsible for driving issues to resolution with external stakeholders
- Significant experience analyzing data; familiarity with Tableau, Looker, or SQL a major plus
- Experience with programmatic media and Demand Side Platforms
- Expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organization skills
What the job involves
- Place Exchange is seeking a Manager, Campaign Operations to join our Ad Operations team. This individual will act as player coach to the existing Campaign Ops team
- In this role you will oversee the success of Campaign Operations in ensuring timely campaign launches, proactively solving and preventing pre- and post-launch issues, prompt and comprehensive handling of inbound requests, training cross-functional teams on best practices, timely escalation and follow through to resolution, and creating and evolving processes and documentation
- This employee will be participating in shift coverage spanning 9AM to 6PM EST
- Manage day to day operations of Campaign Ops team, ensuring prompt and accurate handling of all inbound requests and proactive engagement where needed
- Ongoing training and skill development of Campaign Ops team
- Subject matter expertise on campaign execution within integrated Demand Side Platforms
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal peers across Sales, Client Success, Partnerships, Ad Operations, and Engineering teams
- Create new and improve existing processes and workflows
- Create new and update existing documentation

With marketing campaigns stretched across multiple channels, brands must ensure consistency in order to foster strong customer relationships. However, this can be difficult because digital out-of-home media, such as billboards, are usually controlled through different entities than online and mobile advertisements. Place Exchange’s supply-side platform allows companies to connect out-of-home media to other digital channels, creating a more unified marketing campaign.
Omnichannel marketing has already been well achieved in mobile and online advertisement, but Place Exchange’s patented technology delivers a way for businesses to also integrate digital out-of-home marketing and hence control entire campaigns from a single interface. The platform combines the workflows, reporting, and attribution of DOOH, mobile and online advertisements, and allows the same creatives to work cross-channel towards brand continuity.
Place Exchange has partnered with several digital out-of-home advertisement providers to expand the marketing options available through its platform. Investment in the company will be used to broaden its product offerings and expand into new markets.
