Who you are
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within digital marketing, technology, or web-based agencies
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies. Prince2 or PMP certification is helpful
- Strong expertise in digital marketing products, strategies, and technology launches
- Exceptional relationship management skills with a proven track record of driving client success
- Advanced skills in project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Fluency in German and English is required
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze results and implement improvements
What the job involves
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive the success of a major enterprise partnership, oversee key product launches, and lead strategic initiatives that fuel business growth
- As Senior Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the execution of new digital marketing products and strategies in the German market. You will work closely with our enterprise partner, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, long-term scalability, and operational excellence
- Lead digital product & technology launches, ensuring seamless execution
- Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and deliverables
- Coordinate across operations, product, technology, and finance teams
- Identify risks, anticipate challenges, and proactively develop solutions
- Implement agile methodologies and best practices to optimize workflows
- Act as the primary liaison between Spotzer and a major enterprise partner
- Build and maintain a strong, strategic relationship to drive mutual growth
- Manage expectations, communicate proactively, and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Align internal and external teams on key initiatives
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvements
