Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate for this role is a marketer who can wear many hats, with proven ability to learn quickly and adapt
- We’re looking for somebody who can not only be a rockstar but who can bring the whole band together, driving cross-functional execution across marketing and sales
- 3+ years of PMM experience, ideally within healthcare and/or B2B technology
- World-class writing skills across different mediums, from ad and web copy, to one-pagers and whitepapers
- Demonstrated experience developing high-impact sales messaging and slideware
- Healthcare domain expertise, or a strong desire to learn the ins and outs of the industry
- Basic familiarity with technical concepts (e.g. RPA), or a strong desire to learn
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing stakeholders
What the job involves
- To support and accelerate our growth, we are hiring a product marketer to own positioning, growth strategy, messaging, and sales collateral development across our solutions
- Refine and evolve Notable’s product positioning and messaging for intelligent automation
- Define and own our sales collateral bill-of-materials, including decks, demos, and one-pagers
- Lead the development of custom decks and demos to support large enterprise opportunities
- Partner with content marketing and demand gen leadership to define and execute pipeline generation programs
- Develop thought leadership pieces (whitepapers, webinars) to grow market credibility and support pipeline generation
- Perform competitive analysis and develop positioning against alternative offerings

Healthcare systems today are under huge pressure, with staff stretched thin, and repetitive administrative tasks like scheduling, authorization, and referrals soaking up precious time and resources. Notable addresses this challenge by offering an AI-powered automation platform built specifically for healthcare operations. At its core, the platform helps healthcare organisations automate routine workflows with digital "AI Agents" that work in and out of electronic health records, reducing costs, complexity, and manual burden.
Its AI Agents use natural language and deep integrations (EHR, payer portals, etc.) to handle workflows that traditionally require a lot of back-and-forth between staff and patients. For example, its authorization solution can automatically check whether prior authorizations are needed, submit requests, and update the EHR - cutting out much of the manual legwork.
As skilled administrative staff become harder to come by but the need for medical care only icnreases, the demand ofr Notable's product is set to grow. With its scalable platform, low-code "Flow Builder", and strong security, Notable is sure to continue shaping the future of healthcare operations, improving both efficiency and patient experience for years to come.
