• As the Executive Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to the Senior Vice President of Engineering, helping to ensure their time is focused on top priorities
• You will play a crucial role in managing daily operations and maintaining smooth workflows

• Build and maintain strong relationships across the Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams, ensuring alignment with the organization’s culture and values
• Handle high-volume calendaring, including coordinating appointments, resolving scheduling conflicts, and proactively communicating updates
• Inform of upcoming responsibilities and priorities, proactively communicating schedule changes
• Prepare agendas, gather reports, and ensure readiness for key meetings like roadmap planning and strategy sessions
• Coordinate and take a leading role in team All Hands meetings
• Prepare and edit documents, including presentations, technical updates, and board reports
• Organize key events such as hackathons and team offsites, and support in-person Engineering events and logistics in San Francisco as needed
• Organize domestic and international travel, including accommodations and transportation
• Prepare monthly expense reports and manage reimbursements
• Handle sensitive information related to board meetings, product strategies, engineering roadmaps, and team dynamics with the utmost confidentiality
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts
• Act as an advocate for Mixpanel’s culture, helping to promote and develop company values
• Take on special projects as needed to support the Engineering leadership team
