Our take
The global Autonomous AI and Autonomous Agents market is expected to expand over 40% by 2028, with this billion dollar space dominated by ever-evolving discoveries and possibilities. Voiceflow is a collaborative chatbot development platform that enables conversational AI teams to build and launch AI agents more easily.
The company provides tools and data to train AI agents, alongside supporting the building of agents from scratch. The founding team's experience in product teams has led the company to steer away from the format of already established AI developer platforms, that Voiceflow deems “clunky” compared to its own.
Recent funding will allow the company to continue to advance its generative AI-powered features and customer service agents moving forward. It boasts over 100,000 users from over 450 companies, which is testament to the quality of its services, and suggests Voiceflow should continue on it’s upward trajectory.
