- 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
- Prior exposure to outbound sales, including cold calling, is required
- Strong communication skills and confidence in navigating conversations with senior decision-makers
- Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach/SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Background or interest in life sciences, SaaS, or STEM fields is a plus & highly preferred
- Willingness to work EMEA hours and adapt to regional nuances in communication and outreach

What the job involves
- TetraScience is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our EMEA team and help us drive growth across the region
- Prospect into target accounts using cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound tactics
- Own daily call blocks and structured outreach efforts—this role requires consistent outbound motion every day
- Qualify inbound leads and identify high-potential accounts for further engagement
- Set high-quality meetings and nurture early-stage opportunities to fuel pipeline for our sales team
- Partner closely with internal teams to tailor strategies for target accounts across EMEA
- Track activity and manage pipeline through Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Hit or exceed monthly KPIs across call volume, meetings booked, and opportunities generated
