Role
Who you are
- We are looking for someone with one or more years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or a similar role within a fast growing environment
- You are highly detail oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities at once, and able to navigate ambiguity while ramping quickly with available support
- You enjoy building processes from the ground up, have a strong growth mindset, and bring a consistent record of professional and or academic achievement
- You communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of an organization and are proactive and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
- Experience with Ashby is a plus
What the job involves
- Dandy is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our inclusive and growing venture backed company
- In this role, you will own key coordination activities, support an exceptional candidate experience including in office interviews, and partner closely with our Recruiters and Recruiting Operations team as we scale
- You will collaborate with Recruiters and cross functional partners to schedule interviews and manage interview logistics, streamlining the process and facilitating candidate experience in our London office
- As part of our Recruiting Operations work, you will contribute to building and optimising our Ashby ATS
- You will also engage in recruiting projects and initiatives focused on inclusive hiring, candidate engagement, and continuous improvement
- This is an hourly contract position
