Who you are

Experience with CPA sales is important, and tenancy sales experience is a strong plus
This role is ideal for someone with partnerships experience / commercial career who’s hungry to develop their sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a partnerships, affiliate, or commercial sales-focused role
Experience running affiliate programmes, with a focus on selling CPA campaigns to brands and agencies
Proven outbound outreach and sales experience — confidently pitching, negotiating, and closing CPA or tenancy deals
Comfortable working independently and proactively, while collaborating with the wider team
Strong copywriting skills for persuasive outreach, pitches, and partner communication
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and support commercial decisions
Strong multitasking and organisational skills to manage multiple active conversations and pipelines

What the job involves

We’re looking for a motivated Affiliate Partnerships Executive to join the Gener8 team and support the growth of our brand partnerships on the Gener8 Rewards platform
Working closely with our Affiliate Partnerships Manager, you’ll play an active role in outreach, pitching, and selling CPA campaigns to brands across the UK and US
You’ll help identify new partners, run outreach sequences, negotiate placements, and support ongoing partner relationships — with new international markets launching soon
You’ll get hands-on experience working with well-known brands, supported by clear guidance and mentorship, while still having the autonomy to own projects and make a visible impact
This role is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing business that is forging a new category - Personal Information Management Systems (PIMS) - with multi billion £ potential

Gener8 Ads is trying to simultaneously give companies and media agencies access to better advertising leads, while giving public users more control over – and the chance to profit from – their own data.

The company offers internet users a range of products including a browser, app an and existing browser extension, in which they can elect to share their anonymised data in return for redeemable rewards or simply browse in total privacy. The appeal for advertisers is the promise of a more personal approach, reaching only those who would be interested in their products.

Amidst all the noise surrounding data privacy, Gener8’s solution is a clever one. Indeed, the company gained immense traction after an appearance on BBC’s Dragons’ Den which went viral, and was hailed the show’s best ever pitch. Unsurprisingly, the TV appearance led to a successful funding round, which helped the company to accelerate growth. Further funds have also been secured that have supported the launch of Gener8's app as it looks to disrupt the big tech giants.
