Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a technology or capital equipment environment
- Experience with customer-facing projects
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with project management software systems (i.e. Jira, Asana, Rocketlane)
What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Deployments Coordinator to lead and coordinate the successful deployment of our cutting-edge X-ray CT scanners to our customers
- In this high-impact role, you will work with our customers after they place an order to get them their hardware as efficiently as possible
- You will proactively help them fulfill their financial, regulatory, facility, and IT-related responsibilities that need to be completed prior to delivery
- Additionally, you will coordinate all logistics related to the delivery, installation, and commissioning of our hardware

- You'll assist customers in completing all prerequisites required before scanner delivery
- Maintain clear documentation of the output of all customer readiness tasks
- Coordinate with internal and external logistics partners to arrange shipment, delivery, and installation
- Keep an up-to-date calendar of scanner movements and installs for reference by internal stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both customers and internal stakeholders during the deployment process
- Proactively communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans
- Facilitate retrospective reviews upon completion to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
- Use project management software to keep a current dashboard of all projects in flight

Lumafield provides an X-ray CT platform for engineers, helping them gain visibility into the interior details of objects and materials. The platform consists of an easy-to-use hardware scanner supported by cloud-driven analysis software, helping engineers solve challenges at every stage of the product development process.
Whilst product development engineers already have software and hardware tools for optimizing their products, these often neglect the interior intricacies of objects, and Lumafield has been smart to recognize this. By improving the visibility engineers have into the pores, voids, and cracks of design materials, the company helps designers explore new techniques with confidence, minimize expensive molding and casting failures, and stay ahead of quality standards.
