Head of Marketing, Parallel Domain

• We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Marketing Director to lead the marketing efforts for Parallel Domain
• The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing professional with a proven ability to craft and execute innovative marketing strategies in a high-tech, AI-fueled, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA a plus, technical degree a plus)
• 7+ years of marketing experience in a technology-driven, high-growth environment, with a strong track record in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies (AV and AI industries a plus)
• Multiple instances of proven success leading marketing teams and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation
• Expertise in demand generation and pipeline-building, with a strong focus on B2B marketing and lead conversion
• Excellent leadership, project management, and time-management skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret data and use it to make informed decisions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines

• You will be responsible for overseeing and driving all marketing initiatives, including generating qualified leads in the industries mentioned above
• This includes digital marketing, demand generation, content strategy, public relations, and brand development, all with the goal of expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that positions Parallel Domain as a leader in simulated testing and validation for physical AI
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, customer support, and engineering teams to ensure marketing efforts align with and support overarching business objectives
• Drive the vision for the company’s marketing direction while balancing long-term strategic goals with short-term business objectives
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a collaborative, innovative culture
• Design and execute demand generation strategies to build awareness, generate leads, and accelerate the customer acquisition process
• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to continually optimize marketing campaigns for lead conversion, ROI, and customer retention
• Implement targeted campaigns to build a qualified pipeline, working closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers
• Position Parallel Domain as the go-to solution for simulated testing in AV development, highlighting our unique value proposition and market leadership
• Lead the development and refinement of Parallel Domain’s brand messaging, ensuring clarity, consistency, and differentiation across all marketing channels
• Oversee the creation of a strong, cohesive brand identity that resonates with customers, prospects, and stakeholders
• Oversee the development of high-quality content (e.g., blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars) that educates and engages our audience
• Collaborate with the content, product, and engineering teams to produce content that aligns with customer pain points, needs, and interests
• Ensure content is distributed through appropriate channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and industry events
• Monitor key marketing KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, ensuring they are data-driven and aligned with business goals
• Regularly report on marketing performance to the executive team, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
• Use analytics tools to assess customer behavior, campaign performance, and lead conversion, refining strategies accordingly
• Act as the key liaison between marketing and other departments, fostering effective communication and alignment on company goals and initiatives
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on marketing activities, campaign results, and upcoming initiatives
