Role
Who you are
- Sales Experience: 1-3 years in a consultative sales role (e.g., B2C, B2B, recruitment, or high-ticket sales) or
- If you don’t have direct sales experience, you must have demonstrated a strong ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships in a commercial or client-facing environment.
Desirable
- Excellent Communicator: Ability to build rapport with senior professionals and influence decision-making.
- Results-Driven: Comfortable working to sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident & Professional: Able to sell a premium product to high-calibre individuals.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated with strong organisational skills
What the job involves
- Consultative Sales: Engaging with senior executives (Directors, VPs, C-Suite) who are looking to transition into portfolio careers.
- Progression: Consistently achieving minimum OTE for six months can lead to promotions and future growth opportunities
- Lead Management: Managing warm inbound leads, conducting discovery calls, and guiding prospects through the enrolment process
- Product Expertise: Demonstrating the value of our accreditation, mentorship, and guaranteed board placements in overcoming career transition challenges
- Pipeline Ownership: Managing a structured sales process, including follow-ups, objection handling, and closing deals
- Revenue Growth: Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets through high-quality conversations and conversions
