What the job involves
- The Internal Sales Executive role is for ambitious future salespeople to develop core skills in consultative selling in a supportive and structured environment
- His role is the starting position for our salespeople and has been created to give the very best support and coaching to talented individuals as they pursue their career as a professional salesperson. This role is intended to be a fast tracked position, with successful Internal Sales Executives “graduating” to Client Executive within a reasonable period
- A ‘meetings attended’ target of 15 meetings per month
- Calling inbound leads from marketing leads to book meetings
- Working closely with the Sales Manager and the Alliances Team to identify opportunities for funded engagements and calling them to book meetings
- Working closely with their Sales Manager and Exec Development Manager to identify target accounts and book meetings
- Working with the Exec Development Manager and the wider Sales team to develop
- Knowledge of the Kocho proposition
- Pitching skills
- Calling skills
- Accurately documenting activity within Salesforce, ensuring all tasks are completed
- Participate in regular activity reporting with Exec Development Manager, to include pipeline review and forecasting activities
- Conduct quarterly progress reviews to help plan and demonstrate growth in lead generation and present these to the Sales Manager and Exec Development Manager
- Participating in weekly professional development coaching sessions with the Exec Development Manager
- Participating in weekly marketing meetings and reporting on progress with inbound leads, identifying areas of success
- Participating in fortnightly Sales Team meetings and representing the Executive Development Team
- Nurturing an entrepreneurial mindset, identifying opportunities for growth and an appetite for continuous learning
