Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; active CPA certification required
- Proven experience (8+ years) in financial consolidation and accounting leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, Oracle ERP and Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

What the job involves
- In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial consolidation processes and ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage a team of skilled professionals, and contribute to the overall financial health of the company
- Financial Consolidation: Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, adhering to GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process, addressing inquiries, and implementing recommendations for improvement
- Process Enhancement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline accounting and consolidation processes, implementing best practices and automation where applicable
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance and strategic decision-making
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with finance, treasury, and other departments to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
