Who you are

6–10+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles
Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships in high-growth environments

What the job involves

We are looking for a Head of Partnerships to own and scale Fuse Energy’s partnerships strategy end-to-end
This role will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, launching, and growing high-impact partnerships that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term strategic advantage
You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (Growth, Product, Operations, Finance, and Legal) and act as Fuse Energy’s senior commercial representative to external partners
Own and execute Fuse Energy’s partnerships strategy in line with growth objectives
Identify, negotiate, and launch high-impact commercial and strategic partnerships
Structure and close partnership deals with clear commercial and performance metrics
Scale and optimise partnerships to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
Act as the senior point of contact for key partners and internal stakeholders
Track performance, report impact, and continuously improve partnership ROI
