Experienced: You have 3+ years of experience in sales of a SaaS company selling a technical product and just as much experience in Outbound prospecting

What the job involves

We are looking for an Outbound Account Executive to join us as we continue on our current journey for supplier tools. You’ll work with a dynamic, close-knit team and help bring REKKI’s AI products to small and medium-sized food suppliers in the UK. You'll work hand-in-hand with our marketing and sales ops teams to identify and engage the right foodservice supplier leads, navigate to decision-makers, and showcase our products' transformative value to ultimately close deals
Challenge the status quo: You’ll be leading the way in inspiring our customers to rethink conventional approaches and innovate how they work. You’ll think creatively and utilise challenging selling techniques to effectively drive prospects throughout the sales process
Seal the Deal: You will be responsible for the entire sales process from creating new sales opportunities to onboarding, guiding the prospect through the product demonstration, pitching the value of REKKI’s AI supplier products, following up, negotiating and closing the best sales
Commit to Excellence: You’ll be driving an effective sales process that prioritises exceptional support to our customers and demonstrates value added for them, while staying on top of your leads
Own your Pipeline: You will take ownership of building and managing your pipeline by sourcing leads and managing your sales activities. Through research, refining the ICP, and outreach you’ll identify and engage potential customers throughout the entire sales funnel

Our take

Ordering supplies for restaurants used to be done by leaving voicemails to suppliers. Making orders with this method means it's very easy for mistakes to happen. Rekki allows people in commercial kitchens and supplier operators to order supplies on their phones, keep track of orders and chat directly with suppliers.

Rekki's customers will appreciate the presence of all their operations on the same app. This makes for for easier delegation and monitoring - and hence, increased productivity (an already scarce resource for independent restaurant operators) for its users. REKKI also automates the supply ordering process using AI, cutting order processing time by 90%.

They will have a competitive advantage once the company gets enough restaurants and suppliers on the platform, as the marketplace will be facilitating conversations and transactions that can’t happen anywhere else and users will be reluctant to move away. We have added more tools on the supplier side of the business, so no longer only focus on the restaurant side of things, but help automate supplier operations. We would like a more balanced take involving both sides of the business - supplier and restaurant. Our "new" AI tool for suppliers reduces human touch and therefore cuts order processing time by 90%. Some of our early adopters are coming up on completing their first year on the tool.
