Who you are
- You are a proactive team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- You have a proven track record of people and team management
- You have experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting third-party SAAS systems including managing suppliers to delivery
- You have strong communication and diplomacy skills with the flexibility and capability to adapt to the different cultures of your stakeholders
- You have a working knowledge of agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, Scrumban)
- You have knowledge or are keen to learn about Out of Home advertising
What the job involves
- The Lead Service Owner's role is to deliver a world-class campaign delivery service that is at the heart of the digital out-of-home advertising process. You will govern, develop, and support the Broadsign platform alongside delivering operational excellence
- 6 – 12 Month Key Objectives
- Become knowledgeable with the Broadsign platform functionality and implementation within Clear Channel and how it interacts within the larger application context
- Build strong relationships with local BU business stakeholders
- Manage a backlog of requests and requirements from both operational and programme inputs
- Update and execute the product roadmap in line with Tech Europe’s goals and timelines
- Manage second and third-line support for end users
- Establish incident and change procedures according to ITIL
