• We are hiring for a Business Development Manager (System Integrator) to join our team and drive our customer pursuits in Europe
• The preferred location for this role is our Gateshead (UK) facility, however remote based working will be considered for the right candidate, travel is expected around 25% of the time
• This role reports into the Senior Sales Director – Europe
• Develop our business with electrification system integrators, as well as distribution partners. This is a rapidly growing area as many OEM’s are outsourcing the development of electric powertrains
• Manage the sales process with new and existing customers from introduction to post-sales support
• Manage an opportunity pipeline in Salesforce CRM system
• Attend tradeshows and other industry events as needed to generate new sales leads and nurture existing customer relationships
• Engage with a range of customers from small start-ups to global enterprises and from entry to executive level to establish new accounts and grow existing accounts
• Work cross-functionally in the organization to ensure success of customer projects
• Exceed annual targets and build up the pipeline for future success
• Support marketing, product management, sales operations, engineering and manufacturing to develop and execute campaigns for the region
