Who you are

You must have a passion for great customer experience and strong technical skills
You have at least 2 years of experience as a consultant or software developer
Have more than 1 year of experience in customer support or other technical roles with customer contact
You have knowledge of Python programming
You have knowledge of the Linux operating system
You are detail-oriented, process driven, and organized
You have strong communication skills
Experience with SaaS, computer vision, AI, or video management systems is a plus
An understanding of the Docker ecosystem is a plus
A good understanding of hardware is a plus
You are fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
Travel is optional and if you want, we expect a very low frequency of travel of less than once per month

What the job involves

We are looking for an artificial intelligence solution prototyping and sales support consultant to obsess about customer problem solving, solution improvements, and opportunities for growth
You will demo and modify our state of the art computer-vision AI pipeline to solve our customer’s challenges
Your helpful, insightful support to our customers, allows them to master the setup of solution and troubleshoot issues
Your insights also inform the development and product management teams which features to build next
You demonstrate solutions to potential customers, identify customer issues and identify opportunities for product improvements
You develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts based on customer specific requirements
You are responsible for problem solving in a proactive and professional manner
You will manage and respond to customer inquiries via our ticketing system and email
You will develop a comprehensive understanding of brighter AI’s platforms and solutions
You create FAQs, assist in building our online community, and write documentation

Our take

A constant point of friction within the data collation and facial recognition AI marketplace is the problem of anonymity and privacy. From traffic cameras and driver assistance to mobile apps that use facial recognition, the privacy of the customer has often been a sticking point for privacy advocates. Brighter AI addresses these issues with its anonymisation software, redacting identifying features from individuals who’s identity have been recorded for video analysis.
