Role
Who you are
- Experience with following a written procedure
- The ability to coordinate with team members, quickly and clearly
- The ability to lift 30 pounds

- Experience with production control systems (ERP) is a significant plus
What the job involves
- As part of the Quality and Operations team, you will help us grow and improve the Tive Green program
- This initiative is designed to consciously avoid adding to the waste generated by the shipping and logistics industry. Through relentless iteration, we aim to make the lifecycle of our product environmentally friendly through reuse
- Your work in this role will allow our program to accept and refurbish an even greater number of devices with care and efficiency
- Support process improvement activities for the Refurbishment and Tive Green programs
- Process material for refurbishment as part of the Tive Green program (including the following):
- Load and unload charging bays
- Clean and prepare returned units for processing
- Package units for use
- Receive material into the ERP system, as needed
- Assist Operations Associate level II, as needed:
- Sort incoming material for receiving
- Complete processing tasks under direction
- Assist in routine inventory management
Our take
Traditionally, shipment tracking has been complicated, unreliable and expensive. Tive’s platform allows businesses to constantly track and update their supply chain to enable a dynamic and flexible approach to international commerce.
Tive’s system is based around sensors that accompany shipments, allowing real-time product tracking with data uploaded to the cloud. This system allows clients access to location, shipment integrity and climate status, allowing businesses to better understand how their products are shipped.
Tive serves customers across the shipping industry, a huge market that is still on the rise. This grants plenty of scope for further expansion, with the company already having clients ranging from consumer packaged goods, logistics, produce, and retail, including Alpine Fresh, Fastly, and Aviagen.
