- We’re seeking a globally minded benefits professional with a passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences and navigating the complexities of international benefits programs
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, with a strong understanding of regional and international benefits practices
- Proven experience in benefits compliance and managing vendor and broker relationships across multiple countries
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, especially Workday, is a plus
- Bonus: Experience with leave of absence programs and implementing benefits in new regions
- Skills:
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple global priorities
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage diverse, multinational audiences
What the job involves
- As a Global Benefits Partner, you will play a key role in managing and scaling our benefits programs worldwide
- Reporting to the Global Benefits Manager, you’ll oversee end-to-end benefits administration, compliance, and program innovation across multiple regions
- You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class benefits solutions for our rapidly growing global workforce
- Global Leadership: Serve as the primary benefits expert across regions, providing guidance and resolving escalations for employees, managers, and People Team members worldwide
- Program Expansion: Partner with vendors, brokers, and internal teams (Payroll, HRIS, Legal, Procurement, IT Security, and Finance) to implement and optimize benefits in new and existing markets
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure global compliance with benefits-related regulations, including local, national, and international laws, while managing required filings and documentation
- Strategic Program Development: Partner with the Global Benefits Manager to assess and address gaps in global benefits offerings, conduct benchmarking analyses, and recommend enhancements to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business needs
- Employee Engagement: Support the Sr. Benefits Analysts in designing and executing global communication strategies to inform and educate employees about benefits programs, changes, and enhancements
- Technology and Systems Management: Collaborate with the HRIS team to optimize the Workday benefits module and ensure seamless administration across all regions
- Data Integrity: Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy in global employee benefit coverage, payroll deductions, and data reporting
- Onboarding and Education: Conduct benefits orientation for new hires and create resources to support employees in navigating their benefits
- Global Benchmarking: Work with brokers and consultants to stay ahead of industry trends, providing competitive and innovative benefits globally
