Executive Business Partner, Dropbox

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent field experience)
• 5+ years’ experience in an executive or administrative support role, preferably supporting senior leaders
• Proven ability to manage heavy calendaring for multiple leaders and support their teams
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities in an organized, detail-oriented way
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to act quickly and independently
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across a wide spectrum of personalities and stakeholders
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
• Ability to maintain composure, professionalism, and a sense of humor in high-pressure situations
• Track record of being proactive, resourceful, and consistently going above and beyond
• Event planning expertise

• Dropbox is seeking a detail-oriented and highly resourceful Executive Business Partner (EBP) to support VPs within the CTO organization. Our Admins are the glue that holds everything together — from complex calendaring and travel to organizational leadership and team support
• In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of confidential, operational, and strategic tasks that directly impact the success of our teams and leadership
• Strategically manage complex calendars in a rapidly changing environment, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
• Coordinate seamlessly with other executives, assistants, and senior leaders to balance competing demands
• Protect time and anticipate scheduling conflicts while ensuring availability for critical meetings
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
• Plan and execute on-site and off-site meetings, events, and team gatherings
• Serve as the face of Dropbox on behalf of your VP, building strong, trust-based relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Partner with other admins to ensure effective leadership coverage, alignment, and consistency across the broader org
• Coordinate and track special projects, initiatives, and cross-functional priorities
• Prepare and reconcile monthly expense reports with accuracy
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Provide career development and mentorship support to fellow admins, as needed
