Who you are

Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging content for social media platforms
2-5 years of experience making short form videos on either TikTok, Instagram Reels or Youtube Shorts
Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X
Strong storytelling skills and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive strategy
A proactive, creative, and innovative approach to content creation

What the job involves

Help inform and fully execute on a product marketing focused, comprehensive content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter
Create compelling and visually appealing content, primarily including short form videos, but also would include images and short written posts, that aligns with Sling Money’s brand voice and objectives
Manage and execute on the social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and improve engagement
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and fostering a sense of community
Experiment with new content formats and strategies to drive growth and engagement
Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice

Avian Labs is building software to help people move money from person to person and company to company without having to worry about sort codes, IBANs, wallet addresses, national borders, or even different currencies.

It is doing this on top of crypto rails, focusing on making it easy and accessible to everyone.
