- Experience managing an app store, creator marketplace, creator/developer tools, or other such ecosystem
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a healthcare SaaS company or similar environment
- Strong technical background with experience working closely with engineering teams to define APIs and product specifications
- Excellent skills in writing product documentation, user stories, and defining QA specifications
- Ability to manage product roadmaps and work cross-functionally with multiple teams (engineering, design, QA)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and meet deadlines
- Strong background in healthcare SaaS or similar fields
- Expertise in product management, API definition, and working with cross-functional team

- Experience in developing or managing products in the healthcare or clinical field
- Familiarity with generative AI technologies or AI applications in healthcare

What the job involves
- We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our AI Agent App Store
- As the App Store PM, you will lend your expertise in managing creator marketplaces in enterprise to help build and grow a world class ecosystem
- Additionally, you will work closely with engineering teams to define product specifications and ensure smooth implementation of features
- You will also be responsible for developing APIs, managing feature rollouts, and creating QA specifications to ensure our portal delivers an exceptional user experience in the healthcare space
- Help establish vision and direction for the AI Agent App Store
- Research, understand, and improve the creator user experience
- Define product specifications and write user stories/tickets for engineering teams to implement
- Work closely with engineering to define APIs and ensure seamless feature integration
- Collaborate with the QA team to define and implement QA specifications, ensuring high product quality
- Understand detailed feature implementation and work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and healthcare experts to ensure all product requirements are met
- Manage the product roadmap for the portal and app marketplace, ensuring that features are prioritized and delivered on time
- Serve as the product expert, understanding the needs of healthcare providers and patients to create impactful solutions

The healthcare system is under increasing pressure to improve performance and patient outcomes, while battling inefficient operations and an ongoing staff shortage. Hippocratic AI hopes to help the industry address these issues, by supplying LLM-powered healthcare agents.
Hippocratic's agents can be employed in a number of scenarios, for example follow-ups with discharged patients, health risk assessments, or pre-op chats. Rather than delivering one conversational agent, the company has specified models that deal with different conditions - just one part of its safety-focussed approach.
By taking measures such as getting real nurses to assess its AI, Hippocratic solidifies this commitment to safety. The company has seen significant investment which it will use to fund further safety tests and develop its product moving forwards.
