IT Support Engineer, Okta

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role required
• Possesses in-depth expertise in both Windows and Mac OS platforms
• Collaborate closely with procurement and finance teams to ensure alignment on purchasing strategies and budgetary goals

• The IT Support Engineer, Hardware Asset Management Opportunity
• The IT Support Engineer, Hardware Asset Management is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of hardware assets
• This role includes managing inventory, ensuring timely procurement, tracking asset deployment, and maintaining records of hardware configurations and warranties
• The engineer will work closely with IT and procurement teams to optimize asset utilization, support hardware troubleshooting and repairs, and ensure compliance with organizational policies
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving Level 1 to Level 3 technical support tickets
• Oversee inventory and asset management, including receiving, assembling, and maintaining hardware, while ensuring accurate tracking and ongoing oversight of all assets
• Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and seamless integration into the company culture and workflow
