What the job involves
- CharlieHR’s sales team is currently having its best months ever—with record numbers, in terms of both demos sat and new business closed won. We’re looking for a strong seller, with a great attitude, to help us really capitalise on the momentum we have
- All our demos are inbound and driven by a strong marketing team—so, there’ll be no shortage of leads
- We hope you’ll slot into our Sales unit to help us sit more demos, close more deals and generate more revenue

Charlie HR are building well-designed and easy-to-use tools for companies to manage their people.
Scaling a small business is hard, and one thing founders and early employees don't want to have to think too much about is the admin behind growing a team.
With the increasing number of startups in the UK, Charlie HR have a growing market to capitalise on. The HR software space is a little crowded, so it will be important for them to keep their strong brand and focus on the niche they're in.
