Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
- BA/BS degree; or equivalent work experience
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Partner Development Manager to join the MSP team and act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams
- In this hunter role, you will seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers
- You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers. You will also ensure proper after-sales service
- Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you
- Qualify leads from MSP marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Partner Development Managers
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

In an increasingly online world, with email hacks and data leaks becoming more and more common, cyber security is more important than ever. Barracuda aims to provide this with its comprehensive suite of security software.
It offers a number of packages, focusing on email security, app and cloud protection, network security and data protection to provide end-to-end coverage for its customers' IT operations. It invests heavily in R&D and product development to keep on top of new (and increasingly prevalent) email phishing scams, as well as incorporated XDR capabilities to close security gaps generated by the rise in hybrid and remote working.
Barracuda is an established player within the cyber security market with over 200,000 enterprise customers including brands like Shiseido, Carrefour and Accor. It was acquired in 2022 by KKR, a global investment firm, and is using the investment of capital to further improve its product, grow its team and expand its marketing reach.
