What the job involves

- Joining our Deductions team within Transactional Finance, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-volume environment where accuracy, organisation, and a positive attitude are key
- Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone keen to learn and grow in this area
- Supporting the processing of customer deductions from start to finish for your allocated regions
- Assisting with the investigation and resolution of deductions, following agreed processes
- Logging, tracking, and updating deduction and dispute information accurately
- Liaising with internal teams to gather information and support resolution
- Producing regular reports and summaries on deductions activity
- Contributing ideas to improve processes and ways of working
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet shared deadlines
