Software Engineer, Tulip Interfaces

• 2-5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally building production web applications
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript is required
• Familiarity with API design and integration (RESTful services)
• Proficiency in unit testing, integration testing, and debugging practices
• Works well both as an individual and as part of a team

Desirable

• Design, build, and maintain features across Edge's product surfaces, such as the Tulip Player application, device drivers, and cloud microservices
• Partner with product, design, and QA to scope and ship features end-to-end, from prototype to production
• Debug and resolve customer-facing issues surfaced in real manufacturing environments
• Write clean, tested, well-documented code, and participate in code review to raise the bar for the team
• Contribute to technical and architecture decisions that affect the reliability and scalability of the platform
• Take part in the team's on-call/support rotation, triaging and resolving incoming technical requests
• Collaborate with Edge’s embedded engineers on integrations touching drivers and devices
• Help evolve deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure practices, including microservices and container tooling
