What the job involves
- We’re looking for an Operations analyst to join our Transfers team, where you’ll be responsible for processing transfers accurately and on time across multiple wrapper types
- This is a fast paced and varied role that will require you to adapt quickly to changing priorities, move seamlessly between different tasks and processes, and stay focused in a busy operational environment
- You’ll balance pace with precision, managing competing demands while consistently delivering high quality outcomes
- Working closely with colleagues across Operations and our customer facing teams, you’ll help processes run efficiently and resolve queries and issues within agreed service levels
- Alongside day to day processing, you’ll use your operational knowledge and experience to improve processes, reduce risk and support automation, helping us build a more scalable and resilient operations function for the future
- Supporting your Senior analyst with regular business reporting
- An analytical problem solver, delivery focussed and a trusted member of the team, you will support the wider business by answering queries in a timely manner
- Investigating and taking end to end ownership of our transfer processes. Ensuring issues are resolved in line with regulatory and customer agreed SLAs
- Reviewing operational workflow and, where possible, suggesting process improvements
- Working closely with the customer, product and engineering teams to explore better ways of working and to support our scalability
- Supporting with training for new members of the team
- Supporting other areas of Operations as and when required
