Role
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in HR or an administrative field, with a minimum of 1 year or prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Proficiency with ATS software (Greenhouse a plus)
- Obsessed with creating great experiences for potential hires
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fully distributed environment (managing time zones, remote interviews and meetings, team coordination through Slack, Gmail, Zoom, etc.)
- Exceptional intuition and natural problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects/priorities using tactical and strategic thinking skills

- SmithRx is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team

- In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating onsite and virtual interviews, supporting smooth communication across the hiring process, and helping ensure a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers alike
- You'll collaborate closely with a high-performing team and contribute directly to our company’s continued growth
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from the very first interaction, ensuring every candidate leaves with a positive impression of SmithRx
- Schedule onsite and virtual interviews by coordinating seamlessly with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams
- Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring teams by prioritizing clear communication, timely follow-up, and meticulous attention to detail
- Identify areas of improvement in processes and suggest ways to streamline recruiting workflows
- Support the TA Ops’ team goals, using metrics & KPIs
- Maintain process documentation and best practices to ensure alignment and consistency
- Represent SmithRx’s employment brand with professionalism and care in every interaction
- Experiment with new tools, processes, and best practices to improve scheduling operations and candidate experience
- Assist and work closely with the TA Ops team to manage both long-term and ad-hoc strategic projects
- Ensure all we do is compliant. Identify ways to make our processes more efficient and compliant
Our take
PBMs (Pharmacy Benefit Managers) save payers and patients 40% to 50% on prescription drug and related medical costs in the US, compared to what they would spend without them. It’s generally accepted, though, that PBMs are working for profit and not solely on the customers benefit.
SmithRx is a company looking to reduce complications in the current system with its innovative PBM structure. It uses its cloud-based technology to present the most cost effective options transparently to self-insured businesses, supporting them in getting the lowest cost drugs they can, as well as making the transition to these alternatives seamless.
It does this by partnering with innovative drug companies, as well as applying coupons and making use of available savings and assistance programs. As the company does not take economics from the supply chain, it is able to work for its customers with no hidden agendas. And with significant growth, cost savings, customer satisfaction, and market traction in 2024, the company is very much on track for continued success.
