Sales Development Representative, ExtraHop

• 1–3+ years of SDR / BDR experience (preferably in SaaS, enterprise IT, or cybersecurity)
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication skills in German & English
• High outbound activity level and confidence to break into enterprise accounts

• Own outbound prospecting across DACH and Central Europe using calls, email, video, social, and creative outreach
• Partner closely with Account Managers to build account plans, align on messaging, and target the right personas
• Deliver high-quality meetings and opportunities that directly fuel regional revenue growth
• Qualify inbound leads quickly and effectively
• Document everything in Salesforce with discipline and precision
• Stay sharp on the cybersecurity landscape and use that knowledge to spark meaningful conversations
